Welcome to Mefeater ImpactHub Summer Immersive Program 2024!

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

How to Register

  • Submit each creative’s online Registration Form.
  • Remit the nonrefundable administrative fee of $150 per creative.
  • Review your enrollment confirmation email.

Payments and Refunds

  • $150/creative administrative fee is due at registration.
  • Administrative fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • June 30: Final balance due in full for summer program tuition.
  • June 31: Creatives with unpaid tuition balances will be moved to the program’s waitlist; Mefeater ImpactHub cannot guarantee waitlisted registrants a space within the program.

Discounts

  • Mefeater ImpactHub does not offer any discounts as we look to provide enriching and quality programming that is priced to include above average staff pay, supplies, materials and exceptional care and teaching.

Cancellation or Withdrawal

  • Any payments made before May 15, 2024 are fully refundable, less the nonrefundable $150/creative administrative fee.
  • On June 15, tuition refunds are no longer available.
  • If Mefeater ImpactHub is forced to cancel a program, all tuition payments will be refunded including administrative fees.

Waitlist

  • If the program you prefer reaches enrollment capacity, you will have the option of registering your creative for that program’s waitlist.
  • There is no charge to register for a waitlist.
  • Waitlist registrations are timestamped; if space becomes available, creatives are offered the option to register in the same order in which they joined our waitlist.
  • At that time, you will have 24 hours to register your creative before the available spot is offered to another child.

LIST OF FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does a typical day look like?

Arrival is from 8:25am until 8:55am. Students have their morning session from 9:00am until 11:55am, followed by lunch and recess. They then have an afternoon session from 1:00pm until 3:55pm. Regular dismissal is from 3:55pm–4:00pm.

Is there a discount for siblings?

Mefeater ImpactHub does not offer any discounts as we look to provide enriching and quality programming that is priced to include above average staff pay, supplies, materials and exceptional care and teaching.

Is financial aid available?

We do offer financial aid on a case by case basis. Please contact our administrators for more information.

Is transportation available, or are metro cards given to students?

A transportation metro card is available on a case-by-case basis.

Are meals provided?

Yes. Students have the option to eat both lunch and snacks. Breakfast will be served on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:25am until 8:55am.
